Seedlip
Seedlip produces the world's first nonalcoholic spirits. In the 1600s, apothecaries were using small copper stills to make nonalcoholic herbal remedies. Seedlip harnesses these old techniques and recipes to make two nonalcoholic herbal spirits. Garden 108 supposedly tastes like hay, peas, spearmint, rosemary and thyme. Add to ice, pour over tonic water and garnish with sliced cucumber. I will let you know once I try it. Seedlip spice 94 tastes like allspice, cardamom, oak, lemon, and grapefruit. The taste reminds me of an old-timey soda from a pharmacy soda fountain shop, a little like sarsaparilla. Use it for mocktails or mix with club soda, tonic water, or ginger beer.
