Before you set goals for 2026, there’s one POWERFUL thing you can do to make sure you don’t repeat the same patterns.

Think about the previous year – the wins, the losses, the career moves, the travel, the adventure – and what it all means. What did you learn in 2025? And what are you bringing into 2026?

In this episode, I reveal my annual reflection process, including the life audit questions I ask each December and the methods I use to stay focused while charting my vision for the year ahead. We’re talking about vision boards, joining communities, and setting a “word of the year.” My word for 2026? Certainty.

For me, 2025 was a year of being out in the world, traveling, speaking on stages, and hosting four events. In 2026, I’m excited to turn inward and hone in on creating.

Consider this episode your gentle nudge to pause, get clear, and start dreaming up what you actually want your next chapter to feel like.

It’s also that time of year. Dry January can change the trajectory of your entire life. I would love to invite you to join us for Dry Bootcamp starting January 8–and do dry January right with daily lessons, live coaching, trainings, resources and guides galore.

IN THIS EPISODE:

  • How I audit every core area of my life: health, career, money, relationships, fun, spirituality—and pinpoint where I need to go ALL IN next year

  • Why high-achievers tend to feel let down at year’s end, and the counterintuitive hack to focus on massive wins instead

  • The power of designating a “word of the year”, and how I came up with mine (2026 is “certainty”)

  • Why going after your goals solo often keeps you stuck, and how plugging into the right community or mentorship can make your transformation inevitable

REFLECTION QUESTION

Forget the things you didn’t accomplish for now. Zoom in on your personal victories. What moments made you feel proud, fulfilled, or stretched beyond your old limits?

“It was just like go, go, go, go, go. I love to travel and it was really, really fun and I can see how much I achieved a lot of what I set my intentions for. Now this doesn't mean I achieved every goal on my roster for 2025. There's still a lot of areas I could improve on or maybe areas that fell short or maybe this didn't go my way or business goal wasn't met or I never worked on this project, even though I said I would work on this project. But I feel like all in all, the theme of what I wanted for 2025 was met: get paid to travel, host events, speak on stages, be a thought leader.” - Karolina

“Most likely the goals that you didn't achieve, there just wasn't bandwidth for them. And either you didn't prioritize the things that you really wanted and you prioritized things that weren't as important, or you overestimated what you could do in one year, which is really, really normal for us high achievers. And I just want to normalize that because we probably want to do like 20 things every year, and if we do 10, we should be pretty proud of ourselves.- Karolina
