I drink a green smoothie every day and try to fit in as many healthy foods as possible!

My green smoothie recipe looks like:

1 apple, 1 banana, 1 avocado, handfuls of kale, handfuls of spinach, handful of cilantro, 1 TBS of ground flax, 1 tsp of tumeric, added superfoods blend, and maybe some frozen mango or acerola if I have some.
