Cerveza Athletica Michelada
This incredible recipe comes to the blog via a fan of Euphoric and community member Ned from Philadelphia! He’s a genius in taking a great nonalcoholic beer and making a michelada out of it. Living 20 minutes from the border, these flavors definitely speak to me. Doesn’t this look amazing for a summer day BBQ?
Recipe:
Juice From 1/2 Lime
A few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
A few dashes of Tabasco Sauce
4oz Clamato Juice or Tomato Juice
1 can (12oz) of Cerveza Athletica from Athletic Brewing Co.
Optional: coarse salt or Tajin for the rim, half glass of ice, 1 lime wedge for a garnish
Add all the ingredients except the AF beer to a 16oz glass (with or without some ice) and stir, before pouring your beer over the top. Depending on the size of your glass you may have some beer leftover. Just add it to your glass as it gets low!
