Lacey is a spiritual teacher on female sexuality. On her journey towards wholeness, not only did she transform her relationship with alcohol and go alcohol-free, she reclaimed her sexuality and what it means to have desire and pleasure in her life.
Today we talk about female body parts, shame, sacral chakras and creativity, and the full expression of who we are. Lacey shares her story on changing her drinking and her own embodiment practices.
