Episode 257: The New Years Episode: What Happened in Brazil and How I’m Bringing in 2025
Welcome to 2025! Here at Euphoric, we are entering the new year with a little downsizing to make room for big plans and some major mindset shifts.
In this episode, Karolina reflects on an impactful 2024, which ended with a trip to Brazil followed by a family holiday gathering complete with pierogies (traditional Polish dumplings). It was a beautiful time and a reminder of what truly matters and what we work so hard for.
The theme for 2025 is letting go – letting go of things that no longer serve us (alcohol, for example) and also the things that are preventing us from spending time on our dreams.
Karolina is focusing on a few big goals in 2025 (including a book, and hopefully, a baby) and has made the difficult decision to pause one-on-one coaching and the Become Emboldened program to focus on these goals. (Other group coaching programs like the Empowered AF Certification program and Become Euphoric will continue.)

REFLECTION QUESTION:
Reflecting on Karolina's decision to outgrow habits that don't serve her future goals, particularly alcohol, what habits or behaviors in your own life are no longer serving your evolution? How will you begin the process of letting them go in 2025?
“I'm at that place recognizing that these are the most special times, when we're all together, and who knows how many more years we'll have of that? I think it's so easy sometimes to get into just the habit of life where we think everything's gonna be the same forever, and it's really not. How many more Christmases do I have with my parents? And I'm just so, so grateful that seven years ago I decided to really awaken to my life in that way: to stop numbing with alcohol or using alcohol for fun, because it isn't actually producing those results in your life.” - Karolina
“Some of my favorite memories from this year are some of the most incredible personal interactions I had with people – how deep I was able to go with people; some of the new souls I was able to meet this year. Reflecting on it, that felt so much better than just, tick, tick, tick, what did I accomplish? Did I get this, this and this done? You know what I mean? And so it’s that wholesome feeling of, who did I meet? What did they bring to my life? What was I able to bring into their lives? What kind of experiences did I have?” - Karolina
