Episode 260: Is Society Geared Up To Tear Down Other People's Wins?

When you do something amazing in your life, you should be shouting it from the rooftops!

Unfortunately, many women don’t celebrate their wins for fear of sounding braggy or stuck-up. I’ve even subconsciously held back from sharing about my and my clients’ wins because of that cultural projection.

But celebrating personal and professional milestones isn’t bragging – it’s inspiring! It shows others what’s possible and can fuel your own momentum. If we don't share our wins, how will others know what’s achievable

Today, we're diving into the INCREDIBLE transformations and pinch-me wins from the latest round of the Empowered AF Coach Certification Program, showing you what's possible in just 10 months.

These brave souls have redefined their lives by stepping into their fullest potential, and the difference is remarkable.

P.S. The next round of the Empowered AF Certification Program opens in April! Join the waitlist today so you can be notified on how to submit your application when the doors open.

IN THIS EPISODE:

  • The transformative power of celebrating wins, both your own and those of others, and how this can break down societal judgments and cultural expectations

  • Inspiring, real-life stories of clients in my 5x certification program who transitioned from full-time jobs to thriving entrepreneurs

  • Why it's absolutely crucial to invest in yourself and your dreams, and how mentorship, thorough business training, and strategic support can fast-track your journey to success

  • The importance of role models (and how celebrating your wins shows people what’s possible)

REFLECTION QUESTION:

What recent achievements or wins have you hesitated to celebrate publicly? What cultural or personal beliefs might be holding you back from fully acknowledging these successes?

“Truly, when I look at how I transformed my life and my journey to get to where I am, it wasn't without role models. And if a woman doesn't go first and shows you it's possible, how do we even know that the journey is conceivable? How do we even know that it's possible for us too?”  - Karolina Rzadkowolska

“As a society, we do such a bad job of our perception of how we see other people winning. It's often something that we either like to tear down, or we are judgmental of it, or we're jealous of it, or we think that person's bragging or they're being too much, or something like that. And I think we have to call that out. I think we start to recognize that that's not helping or serving anybody when we're like that. The more you celebrate your wins, the more you celebrate your progress, the more you celebrate your achievements, the more achievements, progress and wins you're gonna have.”  - Karolina Rzadkowolska
