“Health has many different meanings. To me, it's not a number on the scale. Our body’s weight will go to what is natural as we heal without us having to diet, restrict, exercise. That happened to me and it happens to my clients all the time. But to me, health is really looking at optimal energy balance, gut balance, hormones, being free of cravings, your PMS and menopause symptoms going away. It's your mental health, it's feeling at ease and peace with food and not feeling the guilt after you have a piece of cake or some ice cream.
