Becoming a role model.

In our society we are programmed to drink. We are taught from a young age that it is normal, and part of being an adult. Drinking is categorized as glamorous, sophisticated, rebellious, a means of relaxation.

The majority of people drink, so if you don’t, it implies there’s something wrong with you.

But here's the truth! The person in control and with the best handle on their relationship with alcohol is the one who has debunked the myths and challenged their beliefs around it. It’s the person who knows it doesn’t serve them and chooses to go against the status quo.

This doesn’t mean it’s easy. In fact, it can be really hard to listen to that inner voice saying you’re made for more than this beverage.

In a culture where drinking is “normal”, ditching alcohol actually makes you a leader. You become the inspiration and role model to others that there is in fact something FAR more incredible available.

The sad truth about “normal” in America

Humans evolved on this planet in small tribes, banding together to help themselves survive. For us, not fitting in can sometimes feel like it's life or death, because evolutionarily, it's tied to our sense of survival.

So the fact that you're even brave enough to question what you want and if drinking actually is best for you is incredible!

Let’s talk about normal for a second:

  • In America, 60% of all American workers are unfulfilled in their careers. It’s simply a means to an end.

  • 74% of Americans are unhealthy, and 1 of 2 Americans die from heart disease.

  • Only 14% of Americans say that they're very happy. Meaning that 86% of Americans are unhappy, or not very happy.

If this is normal in America, does it seem like something you want to be a part of?

Normal or Extraordinary

It is completely normal in our country to drink. It is also true that the majority of our population is unfulfilled, unhealthy, unhappy.

So do you really want to be normal? Or do you want to be extraordinary?

I love sharing with women how ditching alcohol and challenging the norm activates an INCREDIBLE domino effect. You experience your emotions and your intuition in powerful new ways. Your sleep improves, your energy levels rise, and your body heals. You begin to access your greatest potential and discover what brings you joy and fulfillment!

I don’t want you to be normal, beautiful.

I want you to challenge your fears and live a life that your ancestors could have never imagined. Take advantage of the opportunities that are available to you right now.

Do you really want to be normal, or do you want to be extraordinary?

“I want you to recognize that when you do have that fear of not being normal or not belonging, it's normal. That's normal, right? But we don't have to listen to that. We don't have to listen to that fear, and feel stuck and keep ourselves small, just because the people around us might not be changing and might be drinkers, because then what really normal is, is unfulfilled.” Karolina Rzadkowolska
